As an Eritrean singer, songwriter, and producer based in London, she is a shining star in the music industry, with a passion and dedication to her craft that is nothing short of awe-inspiring.
With a melismatic and soulful voice, Lidiaana has taken her music to the world’s most prestigious stages, including the Royal Festival Hall, O2 Arena, and Royal Albert Hall. She has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in music, including Justin Timberlake, The 1975, and London’s Philharmonic Orchestra. Her tour to her Eritrean motherland saw her win the Raimoq Award #3 for Sawa’s best single of the year.
But Lidiaana is not just a musician; she is a force for good in the world, using her platform and talents to make a difference in the lives of others. She founded the Lidiaana Foundation, which gives underprivileged children the opportunity to receive an education. Through her modeling career, she has appeared in adverts and music videos, and her popular #AfroliciousMonday videos have kept audiences entertained and engaged.
Her business acumen and independent entrepreneurial spirit have not gone unnoticed, as she has received numerous awards for her leadership, including one from the London Business School. In 2016, she released the single Timalin, featuring the legendary Mo Pleasure, who was part of Earth Wind and Fire and has played with artists such as Michael Jackson.
